Elaine Freeman was recently presented with the Legacy Award by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce for her years of service to the Simi Valley community thru not only the Rancho Simi Recreation and Parks District where she recently retired from their Board, but also her many years on the Chamber Board and our own Board with Simi Valley/Moorpark Republican Women.
